The large open space layout is the perfect retreat featuring a 75″ flat screens in the family room, “dream sleep” bedrooms, full kitchens, dinettes and a soaker tub in one bathroom and a massive walk-in shower in the other bathroom. For those that can’t disconnect there’s ultra fast 1Gb download speeds covering the entire property, Alexa smart home devices and included streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime & ESPN Plus.
Drawing inspiration from a 1970’s coastal California surf vibe, The Malibu & Laguna double villa has a relaxing and inviting theme designed with pure luxury in mind. You have two private 900 square foot villas big enough to have everyone together or you have the option to retire to separate villas. The Pool house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 family rooms and include all your premium beach amenities like premium beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach coolers and beach carts all within a short peaceful walk to Cocoa Beach.
This is a quiet Beach neighborhood where you can safely walk to the beach, close by restaurants, take a bike ride to explore the area or even take the Beach trolley to travel all around in style and air-conditioning.
Cocoa Beach” is a very unique, mostly residential beach community with warm ocean surf and a big sandy beach. Everything is close by including the beach at a 5 minute walk, restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. It’s a great place to kick back and relax at the beach.”
The Space
PRIMARY BEDROOMS
Each large primary bedroom offers king beds with luxury linens, two plush bathrobes, a 46′ HD TV, luggage area and a premium memory foam mattress.
SECOND BEDROOMS
Each second bedroom offers two high-quality twin memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. The rooms are tastefully decorated and are conveniently located right next to a bathroom.
LIVING ROOMS
The well-decorated main living rooms are a great place to relax, and watch shows on the 75” Samsung HDTV’s, or listen to music using an Alexa devices. They share the open concept living quarters with the dining rooms and kitchens, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.
DINING ROOMS
The dining tables seats 4 adults comfortably.
KITCHENS
The kitchens are well equipped, and each item was thoughtfully chosen for the space. From the gold silverware, pink and teal coffee mugs to the fully equipped coffee bar with a single cup Keurig. Wine glasses and beach-friendly & backyard-friendly wine tumblers are also available.
BATHROOMS
The home has Two large full bathrooms. The Malibu features a tub shower combo with a three-piece shower system including a rainfall shower head. The Laguna features a spacious walk-in shower with a three piece shower system.
LAUNDRY ROOMS & CLEANING SUPPLIES
The full-size washer and dryer is located in each of the second bedrooms and available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space is a private backyard oasis featuring several distinct areas. A massive 30′ pool with a 5′ beach that’s heated in the winter and chilled in the summer to maintaining a comfy 85 degrees all year round. A fire pit area with Adirondack chairs for relaxing and smores by the fire. An outdoor dining area with a Webber BBQ and a serving cart. A second full private lounge area with luxury seating for two. A two hole putting green with putters and golf balls provided. An artificial turf area for Yoga and recreation and lastly a massive sunbathing deck with 4 sunbathing recliners and beach umbrellas.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
The house is located only 3.5 blocks from the beach so we are happy to provide guests with all their beach needs, Including : beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler, and a beach cart.
PARKING
Four spaces are available in our driveway, with additional free parking up the street at the community center.
