The large open space layout is the perfect retreat featuring a 75″ flat screen in the family room, two “dream sleep” bedrooms, a full kitchen, dinette and a soaker tub in the bathroom. For those that can’t disconnect there’s ultra fast 1Gb download speeds covering the entire property, Alexa smart home devices and included streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, Disney +, Amazon Prime & ESPN Plus.

You have your own private 900 square foot villa with all the luxury amenities. including premium beach chairs, a beach umbrella, a beach cooler and a beach cart all within a short peaceful walk to Cocoa Beach.
This is a quiet Beach neighborhood where you can safely walk to the beach close by restaurants, take a bike ride to explore the area or even take the Beach trolley to travel all around in style and air-conditioning. The property includes a shared backyard with a fire pit and a side patio with a table and chairs.
Cocoa Beach” is a very unique, mostly residential beach community with warm ocean surf and a big sandy beach. Everything is close by including the beach at a 5 minute walk, restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. It’s a great place to kick back and relax at the beach.”
The Space
PRIMARY BEDROOM
The large primary bedroom offers a king bed with luxury linens, two plush bathrobes, a 46′ HD TV, luggage area and a premium memory foam mattress.
BEDROOM 2
The second bedroom offers two high-quality twin memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. The room is tastefully decorated and is conveniently located right next to a bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The well-decorated main living room is a great place to relax, and watch shows on the 75” Samsung HDTV, or listen to music using an Alexa device. It shares the open living quarters with the dining room and kitchen, allowing for easy socializing with friends and family.
DINING ROOM
The dining table seats 4 adults comfortably.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is well equipped, and each item was thoughtfully chosen for the space. From the gold silverware, pink coffee mugs to the fully equipped coffee bar and a single cup Keurig. Wine glasses and beach-friendly and pool-friendly tumblers are also available.
BATHROOM
The home has one large full bathroom. The Malibu features a tub shower combo with a three-piece shower system including a rainfall shower head.
LAUNDRY ROOM & CLEANING SUPPLIES
The full-size washer and dryer is located in the second bedroom and available for your use throughout your stay. Cleaning and sanitizing supplies & equipment are also available to help you tidy up and keep the house as clean & sanitized as you’d like during your stay.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The outdoor space (Backyard) is shared with the Laguna Villa and features several distinct areas. A massive 30′ pool with a 5′ beach that’s heated in the winter and chilled in the summer maintaining a comfy 85 degrees all year round. A fire pit area with adirondack chairs for relaxing and smores by the fire. An outdoor dining area with a Webber BBQ and a serving cart. A second full private lounge area with luxury seating for two. A two hole putting green with putters and golf balls provided. An artificial turf area for Yoga and recreation. Lastly a massive sunbathing deck with 4 sunbathing recliners and beach umbrellas.
BEACH GEAR/OUTDOOR ENTERTAINMENT
The house is located only 3.5 blocks from the beach so we are happy to provide guests with all their beach needs, Including : beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, cooler, and a beach cart.
PARKING
two spaces are available in our driveway, with additional free parking up the street at the community center.
