Drawing inspiration from a 1970’s coastal California surf vibe, The Santa Monica Villa has a relaxing and inviting theme designed with pure luxury in mind. You have your own private 2100 square foot villa with all the luxury amenities. including premium beach chairs, cart, umbrella, cooler and a body board all within a short peaceful walk to Cocoa Beach.
This is a quiet Beach neighborhood where you can safely walk to the beach close by restaurants, take a bike ride to explore the area or even take the Beach trolley to travel all around in style and air-conditioning. The property includes a private backyard oasis with a fire pit and a side patio with a table and chairs.
Cocoa Beach is a very unique, mostly residential beach community with warm ocean surf and a big sandy beach. Everything is close by including the beach at a 5 minute walk, restaurants, pubs, shopping and entertainment for the whole family. It’s a great place to kick back and relax at the beach.
The Space
KING SUITE BEDROOM
The large King suite bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom and private covered patio offers a king bed with luxury linens, two plush bathrobes, a 55′ HD TV, indoor seating area , a premium memory foam mattress, 3 piece shower system and a walk-in closet.
KING BEDROOM
The second King suite is at the south end of the house with a private balcony overlooking the backyard. This room also has a new high-end king memory foam mattress, a 46″ HDTV and an office setup with a widescreen monitor, docking station and 1GB internet service.
BUNK ROOM
The third bedroom, the “bunk room”, is located upstairs and offers four high-quality twin memory foam mattresses with luxury linens. Each bunk has its own charging station and an HD Tablet for each guest’s personal entertainment. The room is tastefully decorated and is conveniently located right next to a bathroom.
LIVING ROOM
The well-decorated main living room is a great place to relax, and watch movies or TV on the 85” Samsung HDTV, listen to music using an Alexa device, or enjoy drinks at the bar area with cocktail equipment and a bar fridge. With the spacious open concept living quarters including dining room and kitchen, you can easily socializing with friends and family.
DINING ROOM
The dining table seats 4 with additional seating right next to it on the kitchen island for 4 adults as well as a 2-person kitchen bistro table to comfortably accommodate 10 people.
KITCHEN
The large kitchen is well equipped, and each item was thoughtfully chosen for the space. From the gold silverware, Starbucks coffee mugs to the fully equipped coffee bar. Pour over coffee options are available as well as a Keurig that pours coffee by the cup or shot. Crystal wine glasses and beach-friendly wine tumblers are also available.
BATHROOMS
The home has three large full bathrooms. One on the main floor and two upstairs. The primary ensuite has a full walk-in shower with a three-piece shower system including a rainfall shower head. The second bathroom is on the second floor and has a shower/tub combination with dual vanities. The third bathroom is on the main floor and is a three piece bathroom and with a full shower system.
WORKSTATION
The second master bedroom has a desk, for those that need to work from home. The room is far away from the rest of the house, so it provides the quiet that you need. The universal docking station can charge/power your tablet and can extend your desktop to the supplied 34” ultrawide screen monitor and easily connect with the premium mouse and keyboard. The workstation features a hardwired ethernet connection with a 1GB internet service.
OUTDOOR SPACE
The backyard has multiple areas including a fire pit with seating, a Hammock area, a 7 man hot tub, BBQ and dining area, sunbathing and lounge area, a large artificial grass area for any outdoor activities and a 20′ 3 hole putting green with clubs and balls provided.
BEACH GEAR
The house is located only 2 blocks from the beach so we are happy to provide guests will all their beach needs, Including : beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella, a beach cooler and a beach cart.
PARKING
Four spaces are available in our driveway, with additional street parking available on the street as long as the guests do not park in front of mailboxes and are more than 50% on the grass.
